Friendly staff and clean amenities made me feel welcome.

i had such high hopes for hostal aresol, but my single room was tiny and the elevator didn't work when i arrived, making dragging my luggage around an absolute nightmare. the location was LOUD from midnight to 4 am, and i expected at least a complementary gesture for my troubles, but apparently, i was just another regular guest here. unbelievable.

The location near Plaza del Sol made exploring Madrid super easy. However, it was difficult to find at first due to limited signage.

The host was very accommodating, even offering to

help with directions and recommendations. The room was surprisingly spacious considering the central location, though the thin walls made it a bit noisy at times. Overall, I found the stay comfortable and convenient for exploring Madrid.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hostal Aresol. The location was exceptional, just steps from Plaza del Sol, allowing me to easily explore Madrid's charming streets. My room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely modern bathroom.

Location near Plaza del Sol makes exploring Madrid super easy. My room was clean and had a modern bathroom with excellent toiletries. The staff was incredibly helpful. they even saved my bracelet, which I thought I lost! However, air conditioning in my room was a bit temperamental, so I felt warm at night. The room itself was simple but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I liked the easy access to public transport, especially the short walk to the metro. A minor downside was the hustle and bustle outside at night, but it didn’t detract much from my stay.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

I had a great 2-night stay! The room was just like the pictures, spacious and comfortable. However, the nylon on the bed was a bit uncomfortable when moving at night. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great central spot for a group trip. Easy access to Calle Gran Via and the famous Plaza Mayor. Rooms are clean and the ambiance is inviting. The location can’t be beat, and it's close to many eateries and clubs, yet surprisingly quiet for resting. Management was super helpful and accommodating.

Finding the entrance was tricky at first, especially since it’s tucked away and can’t be accessed by car during busy hours.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room right in the heart of Madrid. Being so close to vibrant nightlife and culture was fantastic, especially with our newborn. The staff were super friendly, providing clean amenities that really made our stay comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, clearer check-in instructions would improve the experience.

Charming place to unwind after exploring many shops and nearby restaurants.
